We analyzed subscriber behavior to unravel the Pay-TV churn patterns.
In our second series of highlights from the TiVo Q4 2022 Video Trends Report, we saw an increase of consumers resubscribing to Pay-TV, after analyzing the data here are the top 3 of the 13 reasons why consumers are returning:
- I could not find all the entertainment I wanted
- It’s the best way to watch major live events
- I like knowing I always have many channels available
In addition, the data shows that more than 28% of consumers are likely to return to Pay-TV up to twice a year, and 22% are likely to come back up to 4 times a year.
