The Japanese animation studio, Bandai Namco Filmworks, implemented TiVo’s Personalized Content Discovery (PCD) platform to meet a variety of UX and optimization challenges with their OTT service, Bandai Channel. They found success on a variety of fronts, including improved user experience, elevated subscriber engagement, and significant churn reduction. The results are detailed in a TiVo case study.
