Across both sessions, the message was clear: collaboration is the engine driving the next decade of TV innovation.

Fireside Chat: The Power of Partnership — Driving IP-Only TV Growth in the UK 

Jonathan Thompson, CEO of Everyone TV, teamed up with Alex Arbab-Zadeh, COO of Manhattan, to explore how coordinated strategies across platforms, broadcasters, and device makers are accelerating the UK’s transition to IP-only viewing. The session was moderated by Gabriel Cosgrave, SVP Global Sales & Revenue at TiVo. 

Key themes included: 

  • Streaming-only usage is accelerating — 29% of UK households today, rising to a projected 71% by 2034.  
  • PSBs remain the most-watched content sources, even as viewing becomes more streaming-led.  
  • Freely has surpassed 1M weekly active users, supported by fast-growing retail adoption with OS partners like TiVo who were a top 4 provider in Q4 2025

In the afternoon, the stage came alive again as Katie Coteman, SVP UK & International Advertising at Paramount, brought together an expert panel featuring: 

  • Witalis Korecki, CEO, Sharp Consumer Electronics Europe (OEM Guru) 
  • Gabriel Cosgrave, SVP Global Sales & Revenue, TiVo (OS Guru) 
  • Tom Smith, Creative Director & Co-Founder, FX Digital (App Guru) 

Together, they explored how tighter collaboration across device makers, operating systems, app developers, and retail channels is shaping the next wave of CTV growth in the UK.
