The Spy

Sure, you may know Sacha Baron Cohen as a politician-pranking, cheekless-chap-wearing oddball.  But he is also allegedly a good actor. This is the real-life story of an undercover agent in 1960s Syria. Cohen’s character earns the trust of military leaders and other influential people so he can gain access to “Syria’s biggest anti-Israel secret initiatives,” the show details.  From Homeland creator Gideon Raff.

Drama, Netflix. Friday, September 6. Miniseries.
