I want to opt out of Pre-TiVo Central messages

Pre-TiVo messages appear before TiVo Central when you press the TiVo button. The TiVo service currently sends two types of messages to TiVo Digital Video Recorders (DVRs):

 
  • Service related messages include TiVo service updates, account related issues (past due accounts or when free service ends), lineup change notifications, and important service related messages. Customers cannot opt out of this type of message.

  • Pre-TiVo promotional messages include messages related to special pricing available only to TiVo service customers, information about customer surveys, and special offers from TiVo service and our partners.
 

If you would like to opt out of Pre-TiVo Central promotional messages, please contact TiVo Customer Support at 877-367-8486 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST.

 

Please be aware that if you are opted out of promotional messages you will no longer receive notification about special subscriber benefits, including exclusive offers from TiVo and our partners. You will, however, continue to receive billing, service, software update, and lineup change messages.
