To better assist you in offering TiVo solutions to your customers, TiVo is pleased to introduce the TiVo Certified Installer Program. This designation offers the highest level of branding, incentives and pre/post-sales support as a reward for loyalty to TiVo.
Our goal is to provide TiVo Certified Installers with all of the necessary tools to educate your customers about the benefits of the TiVo DVR and TiVo service.
As the pioneer of the DVR, TiVo continues to revolutionize the way consumers watch and access home entertainment through digital cable, antenna or broadband Internet, by making the TiVo DVR the focal point of the digital living room: a center for sharing and experiencing television, movies, video downloads, music, photos, and more.

Custom installer requirements:
- One person on staff must maintain quarterly training and pass tests
- Display TiVo POP materials in high-traffic showroom locations (if applicable)
- Execute at least one marketing initiative quarterly (direct mail, e-mail blast, catalog placement, etc.)
- Post TiVo digital logo on company website
- Display TiVo magnet on your primary vehicle when on customer calls
