Top Chef Masters: Does this show make you hungry?
There are plenty of food-focused shows on T.V. these days. Some teach you how to cook; others bring you to restaurants all over the world, while others show amateur professional chefs competing for top titles.
One of the original, and still most popular, food challenge series’ is Top Chef on Bravo. A new season of Top Chef Masters premieres tonight at 10/9c.
Celebrity chef and host Curtis Stone is back again, along with some special guest judges including, Busy Philipps, Kathie Lee Gifford, Lindsey Price and Ali Larter. The twist this season is that each chef will have a sous-chef who will compete in an online challenge “Battle of the Sous Chefs” hosted by restaurateur and chef Hugh Acheson.
Fun fact: Top Chef has given over 1 million dollars to charity, with this season increasing that number to 1.25 million dollars.
