We are excited to announce that beginning this Sunday, March 25, a new upgraded version of TiVo Premiere is available for purchase on tivo.com or from your local Best Buy store. The new TiVo Premiere will replace the previous model and can now record up to a whopping 75 hours of HD entertainment – that’s 65% more recording hours for your favorite television shows and movies!

As the HD entertainment world has now become the standard, there is more demand than ever to provide consumers with additional recording capacity. With this upgrade, the price of TiVo Premiere will go from $99.99 to $149.99 with a monthly service fee for new purchases of $14.99 with a one year service commitment. The full TiVo Premiere family of DVRs now includes:

- TiVo Premiere $149.99: Records two shows at once and up to 75 hours of HD content

- TiVo Premiere XL $249.99: Records two shows at once and up to 150 hours of HD content

- TiVo Premiere Elite $399.99: Records four shows at once and up to 300 hours of HD content

With the new monthly pricing for all TiVo Premiere DVR products, multi-service discount pricing is now $12.99 per month with a one year service commitment. Customers who prefer lifetime product service can still take advantage of the one-time service fee of $499.99 and a discounted price of $399.99 for multiple TiVo DVRs.
